Shoparoo is powered by Shopify, but sales are made directly with Shoparoo. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with Shoparoo, including injuries, damages, or losses. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases.
