Right of Withdrawal (Article 14 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014):
You have 14 days to return non-personalized/unused products from the date of receipt.

Conditions:
Products must be in their original packaging and with labels.
Refunds via the original payment method or the one that best suits the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.
Exceptions:
Personalized or sealed products (e.g., hygiene products) are non-refundable.
